Kyle Gilmore, V.P. & Project Manager

Kyle has been with Lakey Electric since 1992 and is now serving as Project Manager. Kyle is a results-driven leader with extensive experience leading complex electrical construction and infrastructure projects across commercial sectors. With a strong foundation in electrical systems design, budgeting, scheduling, and field operations, Kyle oversees projects from preconstruction planning through commissioning and closeout. Kyle excels at managing cross-functional teams, coordinating subcontractors, controlling costs, and ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and electrical codes.

Omar Flores, V.P. & Project Manager

Omar joined Lakey Electric in 2003 as his first job after high school. Omar started as an apprentice and worked his way up to become one of Lakey’s top project managers. Omar specializes in overseeing large-scale commercial projects from inception to completion. Omar is committed to providing top-tier customer satisfaction, to developing his team, and to delivering high quality projects. His notable projects completed with Lakey include Post HTX, 713 Music Hall, the Stages Theater, and the Port of Houston Headquarters.

Andrew Hlavinka, Project Manager

Andrew started with Lakey Electric in 2017 as summer help while in school and was hired on full time in 2020 upon graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science. He graduated from the IEC Texas Gulf Coast Apprenticeship Program in 2024 and now holds a Master Electrician License. Andrew oversees the planning, design, and installation of electrical systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Hector Leonides, Project Manager–Service/Small Projects

Hector joined Lakey Electric in 2010 as a service technician and is now serving as Small Project/Service Manager focused on delivering high-quality results with precision and efficiency. Hector oversees projects from initial scope and budgeting through final inspection and turnover. Hector’s hands-on technical knowledge, combined with strong project management expertise, ensures each project is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Alan Sanchez, Project Manager–Service/Small Projects

Alan joined Lakey Electric in 2024, bringing over 12 years of experience in the electrical industry. As Service/Small Project Manager, he oversees all service operations, small projects, and warranty work. Alan is committed to maintaining a highly responsive team of skilled technicians, ensuring customers receive prompt, reliable, and high-quality electrical service.
