Nestor Leonides, V.P. & Estimating Manager

Nestor has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, joining Lakey Electric in 2010, Nestor’s expertise includes estimating and design-build project delivery, guiding projects from concept through completion with practical, cost-effective solutions. Nestor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston, received electrical training & graduated from the IEC and also holds a Master Electrician license.

Matt Wells, Senior Manager

Matt started with Lakey Electric in 1994 and serves as Senior Estimator with over 30 years of experience in cost analysis, project bidding, and preconstruction planning. With a strong background in reviewing specifications, analyzing drawings, and preparing detailed cost estimates, Matt plays a critical role in delivering accurate and competitive proposals for Lakey.

Edwin Guerra, Estimator

Edwin joined Lakey Electric in 2018. Edwin started in the field with Lakey, graduated the IEC program and worked his way up into Estimating. Edwin has extensive experience in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial electrical projects. With a strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, specifications, and material pricing, Edwin plays a key role in delivering competitive and reliable bids for Lakey.
